8 golf courses owned by the Recreation Centers of Sun City, the most of any community here. Golf is paid separately (2026 resident annual pass reported at $2,800).
2. Sun City West (Sun City West)
7 RCSCW-owned courses. The 2026–27 Unlimited annual golf card is $4,050, and a Kachina card is $895.
3. PebbleCreek (Goodyear)
54 holes: Eagle's Nest (18) plus Tuscany Falls East & West (36), all inside a guard-gated community.
4. Sun City Grand (now The Grand) (Surprise)
4 association-owned courses (Cimarron, Desert Springs, Granite Falls North & South). 2026 Premium Pass $5,430 per person, or Annual Pass $1,548 plus per-round fees.
5. Westbrook Village (Peoria)
Two 18-hole courses (Lakes, par 71, and Vistas, par 72), open to members and the public.
6. Sun City Festival (Buckeye)
27-hole Copper Canyon Golf Club, owned by the association and managed by Troon.

Private golf at Sterling Grove (Nicklaus Design, Troon; 2026 membership $40,000 initiation + $5,000 social, $830/month + tax). 18-hole courses at Trilogy at Vistancia, Corte Bella, Arizona Traditions and Victory at Verrado. Happy Trails Resort surrounds the public Great Eagle Golf Club, and Sun Village has an on-site course.
