Sundance Adult Village is the age-restricted part of the much larger Sundance master plan in Buckeye. Homes wrap around the Sundance golf course, and the Adult Village has its own clubhouse and clubs. It's fully built out, so homes are resales.
Community debate, stated neutrally: a 55places reviewer said the HOA board was pursuing a clubhouse and fitness-center expansion estimated at $2 million and worried it would raise dues, while another reviewer said an expanded clubhouse and kitchen are “sorely needed.” A Change.org petition created Aug 13, 2024 by a Sundance resident asked the Arizona Department of Real Estate to investigate the HOA's practices. We haven't verified the expansion's current status or any outcome of the petition. Ask Greg to pull the latest board minutes and budget before you buy.
Please note: Prices, HOA/recreation fees and age rules change, often every year. Figures below were gathered in October 2026 from the sources listed at the bottom of this page. Verify everything in the official resale disclosure packet before relying on it. Where we couldn't verify a figure, we say so.
