Sun City Grand, rebranded as The Grand, came after Sun City and Sun City West, farther west on Bell Road in Surprise. It has newer homes than the original Sun Cities, four association-owned golf courses, and a large Village Center with fitness, spa and social space.
The Grand charges one annual assessment rather than monthly dues. That assessment covers up to two activity cards per home, and golf is paid on top of it.
